Complete with Surface Noise Reduction (SVNR) software that provides up to 8dB of background noise reduction without adding coloration to the original content, SC-1 Plus also touts an enhanced 24-bit/192kHz AD/DA subsystem, extremely refined analog path, beefier power supply, and a variety of additional digital interfaces. When it comes to ease of use, SugarCube SC-1 Plus couldn't be much simpler to operate. It has four modes, described in detail below. You can also connect SugarCube SC-1 Plus to Ethernet, and your phone or tablet becomes the controller for click-and-pop removal, SVNR, and analog bypass. And the front panel – adorned with an LDC display, stylish bezel, and pairing function integrated with the strength knob – allows for complete control of the basic functions.

Four Modes for the Results You Want
2. Remove Ticks and Pops – Does exactly what it says. Removes all the surface noise from your vinyl pressing.
3. Play LP As-Is – Again, self-explanatory. You will hear the pressing played with all surface noise intact.
4. Just Play Ticks and Pops – This mode is really special. All you will hear is what is being removed from playback. All the surface noise, with none of the music being harmed.
