Music Direct is not responsible for any quality-related issues that may arise from any purchase made from a third-party vendor. These matters can include but are not limited to product defects; missing parts/pieces; misrepresentation; customer support problems; and/or returns and refunds. If they arise, any such issues should be directed to the third-party seller for resolution.

Preorders, backorders, and items currently on sale may not qualify for this discount.

Back Orders/Pre-Orders
Music Direct will not charge for back orders or pre-orders until they are in stock and ship to you. Music Direct will not charge additional shipping for any back orders items. Orders will be held to ship all back ordered items together when they are all received in stock.
