The Cardas Chassis Mount Female XLR plug is designed as a replacement for the Neutrik NC3MD-V. High quality Teflon dielectric combined with silver and rhodium plate on the pins make this product superior to standard chassis and panel mount XLRs. The body is finished in gold plate and can be mounted from either the front or the back, independently from the core. A stainless steel set-screw holds the core securely to the body. The pins are designed to mount directly on a PCB or can be soldered by hand.
