Bring Out Microdetails, Enjoy Better Tonal Balance, and Tighten Up the Bass With GrooveTracer Counterweight: Fits Rega Tonearms and Arms With 1/2-Inch Stubs

Compatible with all tonearms with a 1/2-inch (12.9mm) end stub, the GrooveTracer Counterweight helps wring out the microdetail, increase the overall tonal finesse, and tighten up the bass response from your vinyl LPs. Specifically designed for Rega tonearms, this universal counterweight balances cartridges ranging in weight from five to 15 grams. GrooveTracer Counterweight offers maximum flexibility and performance by controlling tracking ability and extracting more information from records' grooves. You'll also get peace of mind knowing that this exceptional device will not interfere with the dustcover when closed even if shims are added to raise the tonearm to compensate for taller cartridges.

Three pairs of interchangeable, internally damped stainless-steel weights (110, 130, and 150 grams), stainless mounting hardware, an allen wrench, and a stainless-steel end stub come standard – along with an anodized aluminum body. Everything is precision-machined to the highest tolerances in a U.S. machine shop and hand-tested before it is shipped. If you have a Rega tonearm, or one with a 1/2-inch stub, you owe it to your ‘table and vinyl collection to hear what GrooveTracer Counterweight does for your sound.

Please note: This product is only available to U.S. customers; it does not ship outside the U.S.

"Music showed greater general finesse, with more micro detail throughout the spectrum. Bass tightened up significantly, and though I didn't note any additional depth, what was present was definitely more nuanced."
