Description

Get Full 120Wpc Power at All Times on 7.2 Channels: McIntosh MHT300 Home-Theater Receiver Features Audiophile Fidelity, Four HDMI Inputs, HMDI eARC, and Dirac Live Room Correction

If you’re serious about home theater, you need the kind of power and connectivity that won’t skimp on the blockbuster sound, visuals, and sensory impact of what you’re seeing onscreen. Delivering a full 120Wpc of power to all the speakers at all times, the McIntosh MHT300 receiver accommodates up to a 7.2-channel (or 5.2.2-channel) system — and can be expanded to 7.2.4 ability additional amplifier modules if your setup grows in the future. Equipped with hallmark McIntosh features such as Power Guard signal overload technology, Sentry Monitor short-circuit protection, and Power Control, the 16.1 x 19 x 21-inch MHT300 provides non-stop thrills and the kind of edge-of-your-seat dynamics, clarity, and Cale associated with the world-renowned brand that’s an American institution.

Featuring Dirac Live room correction and seven 32-bit DACs for audiophile-caliber processing, the U.S.A.-made MHT300 supports 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz video as well as Dolby Atmos and DST:X formats. Four HDMI inputs and one HDMI output — each HDMI 2.3 compliant, with 40Gbps of bandwidth and compatible with HDR codecs such as Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG as well as 3D video pass-through — speak to its user-friendly connectivity. The HDMI output has eARC, permitting your TV to send audio to MHT300 via HDMI, not to mention the increased resolution of DTS-HD Master Audio, DTS:X, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby Atmos. Two coax and two digital optical inputs, a pair of subwoofer outputs, RS2323, and trigger controls are also on the rear panel.

Controllable via the supplied remote control, MHT300 cleans up well with signature McIntosh looks: a black glass front panel, illuminated logo, silver trim, and rotary control knobs. It even comes with bass and treble tone controls that let you further fine-tune your sound. And it sets up beautifully, via computer interface by way of its Ethernet input, saving you time and hassle. Another advantage of the 27-pound MHT300? You can place it on a shelf or mount it in a rack courtesy of its 3U size and supplied mounting brackets. Add an FM tuner; microphone and stand for Dirac; 24-bit/192kHz PCM ability; and incredible measured specifications to its three-year manufacturer warranty, and MHT300 is an obvious choice if you want your speakers to get the power they crave — and your senses to experience the high-end transparency, detail, and liveliness you deserve.
