Supports All 8K Applications, Values Sonics as Much as Video: AudioQuest Vodka 48 HDMI Cable Features Direction-Controlled 10% Silver-Plated Copper Conductors
Able to support all 8K applications and transfer up to professional-grade 10K Ultra HD video, the AudioQuest Vodka 48 HDMI cable features direction-controlled 10% silver-plated copper conductors for the most efficient dissipation of radio-frequency noise. In addition, a high-loss carbon layer sandwiched between layers of metal around the four fixed-rate link (FRL) and eARC pairs further enhances its noise-dissipation capabilities. Offering audiophile-quality sound to complement its cutting-edge video-based performance for movies, games, and more, Vodka 48 supports resolutions/refresh rates up to 8K/60 and 4K/120. And it is completely backwards-compatible with existing 4K displays. Vodka 48 also interfaces with all varieties of HDR (including HDR10+ and Dolby Vision) found on Ultra HD Blu-ray and all major streaming services, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+, and more. A limited lifetime warranty, AudioQuest's Level 3 Noise Dissipation, and our 100% Music Direct Guarantee additionally encourage you to experience Vodka 48.
Level 3 Noise Dissipation: Carbon + Metal + Direction
Able to support all 8K applications, including compelling video and gaming options, 48 Series HDMI cables also feature audiophile-quality sound. The 48Gbps bandwidth necessary for HDMI's new and future features is made possible by upgrading the four balanced audio/video channels from 6Gbps to 12Gbps. AudioQuest 48Gbps HDMI cables can transfer up to professional 10K Ultra HD video, including resolutions/refresh rates up to 8K/60 and 4K/120. All 48G cables are completely backwards-compatible with existing 4K displays. They also interface with all varieties of HDR (including HDR10+ and Dolby Vision), which can be found on Ultra HD Blu-ray and all major streaming services.
10% Silver-Plated Copper Conductors
In AudioQuest 48 HDMI cables, increasingly thick layers of silver plating are applied to long-grain copper (LGC) conductors to improve noise dissipation. Placing the superior metal on the outside of the conductor produces the greatest benefit on overall performance. Vodka 48 uses 10% silver-plated copper for its conductors.
eARC: 10% Silver and Level 3 Noise Dissipation
Because sound matters, the eARC conductors in AudioQuest's 48 Series HDMI cables receive equal love and affection, featuring the same superior metals, direction-controlled conductors, and noise-dissipation technologies as the main AV data pairs.
Direction-Controlled and Noise-Dissipation Technologies
Traditional shielding is not enough to guard against increasingly prevalent Wi-Fi, cellular, and satellite radiation, especially because all metal conductors act as antennae and pick up RFI. In AudioQuest HDMI cables, all 19 conductors, including the critically important eARC and power pairs, are direction-controlled, dissipating noise and draining it away from the most sensitive electronics to where it will cause the least harm. AudioQuest HDMI cables employ multiple levels of noise-dissipation technologies, with the costlier models adding layers of superior high-loss materials to combat RF noise.
Ultra-High-Speed HDMI Cable
The Ultra-High-Speed HDMI Cable is the first cable defined by the HDMI Forum. Ultra-High-Speed HDMI Cables comply with stringent specifications designed to ensure support for high-resolution video modes such as 4Kp50/60/100/120 and 8Kp50/60 as well as new features such as eARC and VRR. Ultra-High-Speed HDMI Cables exceed the requirements of the latest international EMI standards to significantly reduce the probability of interference with wireless services such as Wi-Fi.
HDMI 2.1
HDMI 2.1 is the most recent update of the HDMI specification and supports a range of higher video resolutions and refresh rates including 8K/60 and 4K/120, and resolutions up to 10K. Dynamic HDR formats are also supported, and bandwidth capability is increased up to 48Gbps. Supports HDCP 2.3.
