The high-performance, high-value, six-outlet V5 Polaris represents a huge advance over its predecessor, offering nine times more Differential Mode filtering, improved amperage with decreased resistance, and a 60% improved Direct Current Resistance (DCR). The V5 Polaris is a compact power-cleaning and distribution bar that features six individual outlets; these reference back to the central internal printed circuit board (PCB). Each outlet is independently isolated to prevent cross-contamination of Differential Mode mains noise between the outlet sockets.

The V5 Polaris features a unique delta filter topology, ten times greater than the recommended standard. It offers more than 20dB power cleaning at 1kHz (reference 600 ohms); this is then improved to 42dB at 10kHz. Most leading experts agree that 10kHz is where radio frequency interference (RFI) starts to influence performance. The electrical engineering of the V5 Polaris ensures class-leading performance for banishing both Common Mode (RFI) and Differential Mode mains noise. Premium materials make a huge difference: The printed circuit board (PCB) itself has twice the standard copper loading and is silver-plated.

IsoTek's KERP technology (Kirchhoff's Equal Resistance Path) helps ensure equal resistance and equal power delivery to all outlets. Additionally, the internal wiring is of the highest standard, featuring pure 6n oxygen free copper conductor strands, each silver-plated, offering low resistance and high amperage. An aerospace-grade Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) dielectric, with very low dielectric resistance, is used to protect the conductors as well as giving an ideal conductor contact dielectric for the internal power delivery system.
