Rare 1971 Recording Discovered in Aerosmith's Vindaloo Vaults!
Boston 1971: A historic early recording of Aerosmith in their rehearsal room – just the band, crew, and friends captured on Joe Perry's tape recorder. This never-before-heard performance showcases the early, raw talent of this future Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame band, one year before signing to Columbia Records, and two years before their eponymous debut, which featured many of these songs, including their enduring anthem "Dream On" plus "Somebody," "Movin' Out," "Walkin' The Dog," and "Mama Kin." The Road Starts Hear also features "Reefer Head Woman," which would later be recorded for their 1979 album Night In The Ruts, and the track "Major Barbara," a song that would be featured on their 1986 release Classics Live.
