2017 Remastered Version with Bonus Tracks
Recorded in 1978 on his Isolar II world tour in the midst of cutting his Berlin Trilogy with Tony Visconti and Brian Eno, David Bowie's second ever live album Stage features material from his then most recent albums Station to Station, Low and Heroes plus a handful of songs from The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. The line-up here includes familiar faces like guitarist Carlos Alomar, bassist George Murray and drummer Dennis Davis as well as new collaborators like guitarist Adrian Belew (Frank Zappa, King Crimson) and Roger Powell (Utopia). This remastered 2017 triple LP version of Stage comes complete with the two previously unreleased tracks "Suffragette City" and "The Jean Genie."
