Inside Job is Henley's fourth solo record, originally released on May 23rd, 2000. The album features contributions by Glenn Frey, Don Felder, Jimmy Vaughn, Stevie Wonder, Mike Campbell, Steuart Smith and string arrangements by Randy Newman. The album includes “Taking You Home,” and “For My Wedding.”

Upon release, it bowed at No. 7 on the Billboard 200, notching Henley’s highest debut as a solo artist. The album went on to earn a platinum certification from the RIAA. The lead single, “Taking You Home,” catapulted to No. 1 on the adult contemporary chart and remains one of the album’s signature songs. Henley co-produced the album with longtime collaborator Stan Lynch, delivering standouts such as “Everything Is Different Now” and “For My Wedding.”
