180g Black Vinyl Reissue / Also Available on Colored Vinyl
Jets To Brazil's third and final offering to date, 2002's Perfecting Loneliness, is a mirror ball of sound that reflects a clearer, more focused band and represents not so much a continuation of their previous gestures, but rather a better understanding of them. Having mastered their brave blend of angular rock, epic balladry, and really cool keyboard flourishes, Jets To Brazil produced what is quite clearly the defining record of their career.
Jets To Brazil vinyl has been out of print since their original pressings and is in high demand. The good news is the band's three classic LPs - Orange Rhyming Dictionary (1998), Four Cornered Night (2000) and Perfecting Loneliness (2002) - are finally being reissued back on the format in 180g black double vinyl and colored double vinyl editions in the Summer of 2017. A Jawbreaker reunion at Riot Fest 2017 has also shined a spotlight on the works of Blake Schwarzenbach and the Jets To Brazil catalog.
