Johnny Cash's 1964 Studio Album Original Sun Sound of Johnny Cash on Colored LP. Newly Remastered!
Color Of Vinyl Subject To Change Without Notice / Call To Confirm Colored Copies Are Still Available
Unreleased until 1964, six years after Johnny Cash's 1958 departure from Sun Records for Columbia Records, Original Sun Sound of Johnny Cash spans both his first and final recordings for the label. The early "Wide Open Road" shows the singer still under the influence of Hank Williams, but the sardonic, Charlie Rich-penned "Thanks a Lot," from one of his final Sun sessions, finds Cash beholden to no one but himself. Newly remastered and available on colored vinyl.
