180g Vinyl LP Reissue Mastered by Jon Astley and Cut at Half-Speed by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios; Gatefold Packaging includes Obi Strip
The ever-underrated Rough Mix was released in September 1977 while the Who were on hiatus. It was a collaboration between The Who's chief songwriter Pete Townshend with Small Faces bassist Ronnie Lane and features contributions from Who bassist John Entwistle, Eric Clapton and Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts. It peaked at number 44 on the UK album chart, and at number 45 on the Billboard 200. This reissue has been mastered by Jon Astley and cut at half-speed on 180-gram vinyl by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. It comes packaged in the original gatefold sleeve with an obi strip and a certificate of authenticity.
