Fat Possum 25th Anniversary Edition!
The title kind of says it all. Doesn't it? T-Model Ford was baaaad. Sure, he killed a man once in self-defense. But he also put out a series of awfully good, Delta groove albums as well. Self-taught and proud of it, T-Model's music was as original as it comes. Bent notes, distorted chords and lyrics about... well, being bad. That's what he had to offer at the ripe age of 79-years-old on the Jim Dickinson-produced Bad Man. He starts the 2002 Fat Possum Records album by announcing that he's from Greenville, Mississippi and then he proceeds to get down from there!
