The Black Crowes' The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion on LP. The Album Remastering Has Been Overseen by Chris and Rich Robinson and Album Producer George Drakoulias. Audio Was Sourced From the Original 1/4" Production Master Tape.
Following up a breakout album like 1990's Shake Your Money Maker and runaway singles like "She Talks To Angels" and "Hard to Handle," is no easy task but The Black Crowes managed that and then some with 1992's The Southern Harmony & Musical Companion. Once again enlisting producer George Drakoulias and augmenting the line-up with new lead guitarist Marc Ford, their fine-tuned sophomore set for Rick Rubin's Def American produced no less than four hit singles with "Remedy," "Thorn in My Pride," "Sting Me" and "Hotel Illness," rising to the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 in the process.
The album remastering has been overseen by Chris and Rich Robinson and album producer George Drakoulias. Audio was sourced from the original 1/4" production master tape. Standard weight black vinyl LP.
