Chuck D's New 2025 Solo Album Chuck D Presents Enemy Radio: Radio Armageddon on LP.

Radio Armageddon is the return of the voice that never left. Chuck D delivers a seismic broadcast of truth, rhythm, and resistance — uniting hip hop's pioneers and new gens alike in a fearless soundtrack for the times.

Chuck D (born Carlton Douglas Ridenhour on August 1, 1960) is an American rapper, author, and activist best known as the leader and co-founder of the legendary hip-hop group Public Enemy. Emerging in the late 1980s, Chuck D gained fame for his deep, commanding voice and politically charged lyrics that tackled issues like racial inequality, systemic injustice, and media bias.

Public Enemy’s 1988 album It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back is widely regarded as one of the most influential hip-hop albums of all time. Chuck D is also known for his solo work, writing, and public speaking. Beyond music, he has been a vocal advocate for social change and media reform. In 2013, Public Enemy was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
